Message from the

Vice Chairperson

pearl, a seashell, a bubble and a rainbow are most delicate creations of nature and have one
thing in common, they radiate the subtle multi colours of light and amazingly, so is the
Ainnocence of childhood which radiates the hues of joy, wonder, creativity and passion.

Education is empowerment of ideas, enrichment of knowledge and enlightenment of thoughts. The
role of a school is indispensable in preparing young minds for challenges and opportunities as they
embark on their educational journey. Children learn more ef iciently and gain more knowledge
when they are within the arena of their peer group and gradually develop into conscientious and
responsible citizens with balanced outlook of compassion and integrity.

Flicking through the pages of 'Padamkriti', I always meander back to my childhood, my school days
and I brim with delightful nostalgia and I am sure that it will give the same experience to the
readers as well. The content of the magazine may not be rich with re ined super luity of vocabulary,
language and expressions but it is de initely a low of natural and original emotions from the
innocent hearts to touch the hearts of the readers.

I am overwhelmed at the awe-inspiring attempt of our young editors for compiling this vivid,
multihued and opulent edition of Padamkriti.
